What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout supports Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, and Visa. Every transaction is protected with SSL encryption, so your payment details stay safe the whole way through.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Yes. Keeping your details secure is something we take seriously. Greatlakes Outdoor never stores your sensitive payment information on our servers, and checkout runs through fully encrypted, trusted payment providers.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Every order ships free within the United States. No minimums, no fine print. Getting your gear to you shouldn't come with extra fees tacked on at the last minute.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we're focused on delivering the best possible experience within the United States, so shipping is limited to US addresses only. If we ever expand beyond that, our community will be the first to hear about it.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days once packed, with shipping Monday through Saturday. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow it right up to your door.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, there's usually time for us to make changes or cancel it. Send a note to support@greatlakes-outdoor.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Start by checking the tracking link from your shipping email. If it's been more than 7 business days and nothing has turned up, reach out to support@greatlakes-outdoor.com and we'll chase it down right away.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? No worries. You have 30 days from delivery to return your items. Just email support@greatlakes-outdoor.com and we'll walk you through what to do next.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, so you'll cover the cost of sending the item back. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. This protects you if the package goes missing in transit and gives us a way to confirm everything has arrived safely.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you want to swap an item for a different size, color, or another product entirely, let us know at support@greatlakes-outdoor.com and we'll help you find the right fit.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return has been inspected and accepted, refunds usually go out within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional days for the funds to show on your statement.
