Gear That Arrives Ready for the Trail

At Greatlakes Outdoor, picking out your next pack, tent, or pair of boots should feel like the start of the adventure, not a customer service headache. Our shipping process is built to be clear and dependable, so you can focus on what's next instead of tracking down mystery packages.

Free Shipping Across the United States

Shipping is on us for every order going to a US address. No weight thresholds. No minimum order values. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We currently ship only within the United States, and every order is packed with care before leaving our warehouse.

Processing Time

After you place your order, our team preps and packs it within 1 to 2 business days. Every item is checked and packaged properly before it goes out the door.

Transit Time

Once your package has shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days to reach you.

Total Delivery Time

Most orders land on your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days from the moment you hit "buy."

Daily Cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), Monday through Saturday, start processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff roll over to the next business day's queue.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can click through anytime to see exactly where your gear is on its way to you.

When Delays Happen

We do everything we can to hit every shipping window, but occasional delays are part of reality. Severe weather, high-volume periods like the holiday season, and carrier issues can push things back a day or two. When that happens, we'll reach out and keep you updated so you're never left guessing.

Questions About Your Order
